How much do services cost in the Obsidian Members Portal?

At Obsidian, we state plainly the cost of any work before work begins. After all, no one wants to be surprised by the bill after the work is done, that’s an old, deceptive way of doing business. Prices quoted below are for the labor and tools necessary to perform the work, the cost of parts is not included. Your Home Engineer will work with you to procure any materials you need so that you have options about what gets installed in your home. We’re happy to procure any equipment you need, with your consent, if you choose not to supply it. The equipment will simply be purchased from the Home Engineer on arrival via Swipe. We never charge a mark-up, and will provide a receipt with the equipment before installation.

How does my Home Engineer Work?

There are two ways to engage your Home Engineer. Call or text them any time to get advice, send pictures, and figure out what’s in need of repair in your home remotely if possible or in person. Second, you can log in to ObsidianHM.com and submit a ticket for repair if you already know what the problem is. Either way, you’ll submit a ticket and schedule it on your Home Engineers calendar at your convenience, confirm payment, and then relax while your Home Engineer gets busy.

Obsidian Home Maintenance leverages a disruptive, original-concept business model with a technology-based administration system that the competition simply can’t beat.
